Cave art was what early people in prehistoric times did in order to record their history and culture which subsequently allowed early humans to enhance their ability to convey symbolic thinking along with its symbolic aspects and its ability to generate infinite new sentences. After people started to record events, first by drawing symbols called pictograph and then later by writing which became much easier to tell what happened next. It is the moment of time when the prehistory ended and the history started depending on when people began to write their own language.
This article is concerned with human prehistory, that is, the time since behaviorally and anatomically modern human were first appeared until the beginning of
writing recorded histories. But, earlier periods are still also called “Prehistoric”.
